Owner-direct property across Thailand — homes & commercial. No agency markup, ever.
Act · The roadmap

From a landing page to a profitable network.

The build-and-grow plan for SiamSpaces, written as prompts you can run. Five phases: get supply, make it findable, win the search, drive demand, and turn it profitable. Copy any prompt, run it, ship the result.

P1

Supply — get real spaces on the register

Seed the first 20 listings

Goal · a register that isn't empty
Build a listing template page at /spaces/<slug>/ for SiamSpaces matching siamspaces.css. Fields: type (villa/condo/retail/office/land), region, size m², monthly/annual rate in THB, owner-direct contact, gallery, map embed. Generate 20 realistic seed listings across Bangkok, Phuket, Koh Samui and Chiang Mai — clearly marked as sample stock until real owners onboard. Add a sortable register table like wholetech.com/alldomains (sticky #, search, filter chips).

Owner onboarding flow

Goal · turn interest into inventory
Write /list/ — a one-page owner intake for SiamSpaces: what to send (photos, size, rate, area), what we do (present it, send inquiries straight to you), what we charge (0%). Add a simple form that emails walhus@gmail.com. Draft a warm outreach message I can send to villa/shop owners on Facebook groups to get the first 10 real listings.
P2

Content — make Thailand rentals findable

Region & type guides

Goal · one indexable page per real search
Generate SEO guide pages under /guide/ for SiamSpaces: "Renting a villa in Koh Samui", "Office space in Bangkok", "Retail lease in Phuket", "Living in Chiang Mai" — each 700+ words of genuinely useful, non-fabricated guidance on areas, price ranges, lease terms and the owner-direct advantage. Cross-link to the register and to sister site thaivillaexchange.com. Add Article + FAQ JSON-LD.

The owner-direct explainer

Goal · own the "no agency fee" story
Write /why-direct/ for SiamSpaces: a clear, honest explainer of how much Thai agencies and OTAs actually charge (15–30%), what owner-direct changes for both tenant and owner, and how deposits/contracts work safely without a broker. Tie every section back to a call to browse the register or list a space.
P3

SEO & agents — win the search, human and AI

Two sitemaps + IndexNow

Goal · everything crawlable, instantly
For SiamSpaces, build a generator that emits /sitemap.xml and the graphical /sitemap/ for every page as the site grows, submits new URLs to IndexNow, and keeps robots.txt in sync. Score the site on the Agents First scorer and push it to 90–100. Keep AGENTS.md current with every new section.

Structured data for listings

Goal · rich results + agent legibility
Add Product/Accommodation/RealEstateListing JSON-LD to every SiamSpaces listing (price, area, region, availability) and Organization + RealEstateAgent to the homepage. Verify with Google's Rich Results test. Make listings machine-readable so AI shopping agents can surface and compare them.
P4

Demand — bring the tenants and lessees

The film programme

Goal · a reason to share the site
Produce the SiamSpaces /videos/ programme: owner walkthroughs and region guides. Use the network YouTube pipeline (embeddable-only). Narrate with edge-tts en-US-AvaNeural. Embed each verified film on the matching listing and guide page, and cross-post to the WholeVoyage channel.

Channels & partners

Goal · steady inbound, low spend
Draft a demand plan for SiamSpaces: which Facebook expat/relocation groups, subreddits and LINE communities to be genuinely useful in; a referral offer for relocation agents and remote-work companies; and a monthly "Thailand space report" email. Give me copy-ready posts and the outreach list — no spam, real value first.
P5

Profitability — turn traffic into revenue

The revenue model

Goal · money without becoming the agency
Design SiamSpaces revenue that keeps tenant-side commission at 0%: featured/priority listings for owners (flat monthly), a paid "verified owner" badge, relocation-service affiliate referrals, and premium film production for owners. Model 3 tiers with THB pricing and the traffic needed to hit profitability. Wire Stripe like ofsthai.com.

Measure & iterate

Goal · know what's working weekly
Add analytics + a simple KPI dashboard for SiamSpaces: listings live, owner sign-ups, inquiries sent, top guide pages, and revenue by tier. Give me a weekly one-screen report and the single metric to optimize each week toward profitability.
